Return to yourself
Breathwork, nervous system EDucation and intentional coaching for women ready to create a life that feels more grounded, aligned and truly their own
You don't need to become someone else. You need space to reconnect.
You’re doing a lot
Maybe it’s time to pause
You’re probably very good at getting on with things
Keeping all the plates spinning. Looking after everyone else. Pushing through when you're tired. Telling yourself you'll slow down when things are less busy
Except… when is that, exactly?
If you're feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted or disconnected from yourself, you don't necessarily need to try harder
You might need somewhere to stop for a moment
A space to breathe, feel, reflect and reconnect - with a little more curiosity, compassion and perspective
That's what this work is about
Breathwork, meditation and nervous system-informed coaching to help you come back to yourself - not perfectly, not permanently calm and definitely not without a laugh or two
Just a little more connected to you
Meet Amber
I came to this work through my own journey of learning how to slow down, reconnect with myself and feel safe in my body again
Like many women, I spent years constantly pushing, overthinking and disconnected from my own needs
Breathwork became a powerful tool for slowing down, understanding what was happening beneath the surface and reconnecting with myself in a gentler, more grounded way
Now I support women through private breathwork and nervous system-informed coaching sessions designed to create more space for self-connection, self-awareness and meaningful change
My approach is gentle, intuitive and compassionate, whilst also grounded in nervous system education, breathwork and practical tools you can take into everyday life
I don't believe you need to have everything figured out before you begin
You just need somewhere to start
If you're ready to slow down, reconnect and create a life that feels more aligned with who you are, I'd love to work with you
